ALL utilities are included, with free Cable TV (enjoy the new 40” smart tv) and Wifi! You can also set up your own internet and/or landline phone with TELUS if work dictates.

Secure locked heated hallway, 9” thick insulated walls between units, nobody living above you or under you. Ample parking by your window with snow cleared by bobcat. Angle parking at front, and generous parking under your window at side of building.

Clean fresh outside air is  pulled in by 10” pipe over roof and circulated 24/7. No need to open your window in winter! You have your own thermostat.
